RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact email@example.com with your order number, the items you'd like to exchange or return and the reason why, within 14 days of receipt for a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the original tags attached. Defective or unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Only those purchased from unpublishedcollection.com will be accepted.
How to return:

Once you’ve contacted our customer service representative at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return merchandise under the General Return Policy, please:
-  print out the Return Form provided via email, and fill out the Return Form
-  pack and seal the merchandise as well as the return form securely in the original box (if possible), and
-  affix the prepaid SmartPost Label we have provided you via email to the outside of your return package
-  drop off your package at a USPS office or any FedEx dropbox/store
– Shipping charges are prepaid and no additional postage is required.
– The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund: All items can be returned for a flat rate of $4.95.
– By using the provided pre-paid return shipping label, you agree to and acknowledge that a shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
– Please keep your order number for your records and tracking.
– You will receive an email once your return has been processed.
– Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
– Please note Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact email@example.com and place a new order for the item you want. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
